Riyaz Bachani has been building networks in East Africa for the past 15 years. Riyaz is the COO at Angani Ltd, a cloud services provider, hoping to bring back a lot of Africa¹s content back to the continent.

Riyaz was previously the founding CTO of 2 very successful telecom ventures ­ Wananchi Group ­ the first triple-play company in Africa, and Kenya Data Networks (now Liquid Telecom). Riyaz is active in the tech community and is part of the founding iHub advisory board.
