Radar Project, Qrator Labs

For the last 7 years Eugene has been working in the Radar Project of Qrator Labs. He is one of the authors of RFC 9234 (a route leak prevention solution) and the ASPA project (analogous to BGPSec). Periodically, he speaks at conferences with reports on various aspects of Internet measurements based on BGP routes.
